In JUNE 2019, we opened our brand new Lodge which hosts our Fourth Wedding Venue (see further details below) ~ offering each bride the ability to sit back and relax ~

Amenities

The Lodge features a 33' x 52' Event Hall with a 46' x 33' ft deck overlooking the beautiful mountain vistas, along with ten overnight rooms! The Event Hall will serve as the wedding ceremony and includes the spacious deck, surround sound, and a
large beautiful rustic masonry fireplace.

We are are currently accepting reservations and offer
the following wedding, rehearsal, or event dinner packages:

"All Inclusive" Lodge Package

$12,000 (for up to 100 people) or $7000 (for up to 50 people)

● Use of Event room and deck for one-day 10 am to 11 pm

● Bridal/Groom or Conference Rooms Included

● One overnight suite for Bride/Groom Included or Event CEO for two nights (other lodge rooms can be rented separately)

● Deck Chairs, Dining Chairs/Tables/Ivory Linens provided (Rustic table centerpieces, plates, cutlery, stemware, napkins provided - you can upgrade/customize these items from MS Events or other vendors - no furniture deliveries please) 

● Pulled Pork Dinner Buffet (includes Southern Style Green beans, Coleslaw, Mac & Cheese, Corn Bread, Chef Salad) for up to 100 people (H'orderve Stations and Alcohol options available including meal upgrades ** - menu can be customized to suit event needs) 

● Water, Tea, Coffee Provided (Optional Alcohol - priced separately)

● Cake serving assistance (for weddings)

● Guests over 100, add $120 per person

● Day of Event Coordinator, Lydia Mountain Staff Planner

Lodge Deposits: 1/3 of package due at time of reservation, Balance due the month before the event

 

Rehearsal Dinner or Event Package

$2,400 (for up to 100 people)

● Event Hall 3PM to 10PM

● Food services priced separately

● $1000 deposit for this package

 

Elopement at the Lodge Package

$500 for use of the wedding deck for up to 10 people

INCLUDES FOOD:  Pulled Pork Dinner Buffet (includes Southern Style Green beans, Coleslaw, Mac & Cheese, Corn Bread, Chef Salad) for up to 10 people 

(Alcohol options available including meal upgrades ** - menu can be customized to suit your needs) 

 

Elopement at the Lodge Package

$500 for use of the wedding deck for up to 10 people

What Type of Events Have You Hosted?

Weddings, Corporate Events, Family Reunions, Church Functions and Parties both large and small. Lydia staff will be delighted to assist you in the planning of your event as well.
